Camper Van Parking

The Commissioners permit the use of the area on the brooghs side of the estate road running to the north of the amenity car park and up to the Vollan pump station to be used for camper van parking during the spring and summer.

Details of actual dates, which may vary due to events or ground conditions, can be obtained from the Town Hall.

Permits are required to be displayed by all vehicles using the area. 

A small administration charge is applied for the issue of permits. An application form and conditions of use can be downloaded here, the completed form should be submitted to the Town Hall along with a copy of your current motor vehicle insurance and with the appropriate administration charge.

Permit applications can be made by post or by calling at the Town Hall, on Saturdays permit applications can be made at the Town Library. 

USERS ARE ADVISED THAT DURING 2016 THE MANX UTILITIES AUTHORITY WILL BE UNDERTAKING A MAJOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SCHEME ON THE LAND BETWEEN THE CAMPER PARK AND THE MOORAGH PROMENADE.  THERE WILL BE SOME DISRUPTION AND PARKING MAY BE LIMITED DURING THE COURSE OF THESE ESSENTIAL WORKS.
