The Commissioners provide all tenants with a Tenants Handbook containing information about being a tenant, and to explain tenants rights and responsibilities and the Commissioners rights and responsibilities as a landlord.
Whislt the Handbook tries to cover most items it is impossible to cover every possible scenario and further enquiries can always be made through the Commissioners Housing Officers at the Town Hall.
