The Commission is responsible for providing and maintaining all street lighting within the Town.
The day to day maintenance of street lighting is undertaken by the Manx Electricity Authority on behalf of the Commission.
Where new development takes place the lighting is provided by the developer, to standards set by the Commission and the Manx Electricity Authority, and adopted by the Commission on completion.
