We are pleased to announce the launch of the Ramsey in Bloom Competition 2023 which also includes the children's Felton's Challenge.
The Ramsey in Bloom Competition is open to all residents of Ramsey so please share with your friends, family and neighbours.
Entries for this year’s Competition must be received before Friday 23rd June, 2023 and can either be collected from the Town Hall and Library, or alternatively you can download them from here.
This year’s Felton’s Challenge is ‘JACK AND THE BEANSTALK!! A favourite bedtime story for many years, this is a GIANT of a challenge for 2023. Plant and watch your beanstalk grow – and don’t forget to water regularly. Before you can say FEE FI FO FUM, your beanstalk will start to grow but the question is – will your beanstalk grow to be the tallest, reach the Giant’s castle and take the Golden Eggs?
Also, with just a few everyday items and your imagination, maybe you can decorate your beanstalk pot and win yourself one of our many prizes!!
This year, the Challenge Competition is, once again, kindly sponsored by Feltons, Parliament Street, Ramsey.
Mr. Geoff Court, Lead Member for Parks and Leisure has issued this GIGANTIC statement: This year’s Challenge is sure to inspire many magical creations. I am looking forward to seeing what sparks green-thumbed imaginations, and whilst we can’t promise a golden egg for the winner, it is sure to bring some FEE-FI-FO-FUN this Summer. Happy growing!!
