PUBLIC NOTICE is given that the following Acts of Remembrance will be observed in the Town of Ramsey :-
Sunday, 9th November, 2025. Annual Civic Service of Remembrance
The Annual Civic Service of Remembrance will be held at the War Memorial in the Courthouse Grounds, on Sunday, 9th November, 2025.
Organisations and members of the public who wish to participate in the Service are invited to assemble at the Courthouse Grounds by 10.30 a.m. and to take their positions for the Service no later than 10.45 a.m. to enable the service to commence promptly at 10.50 a.m.
The Sounding of Maroons will denote the beginning, at 11.00 a.m. and ending of "Two Minutes' Silence"
Veterans or Ex-Service personnel are invited, in addition to the usual participants, to join the March past that will take place at the conclusion of the Service.
In the case of severely inclement weather the Service will be held in St. Paul’s Church.
The Royal British Legion, Ramsey Branch Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Paul’s Church, Market Square, Ramsey, at 6.30 p.m.
