NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
External Refurbishment & Bathroom Replacement at Nos 2, 4, 6 & 8 Seamount Road, and Nos 17-22, Nos 26-46 & Nos 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 & 58 Upper Queen’s Pier Road, Ramsey, Isle of Man

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in being included on the List of Selected Tenderers for the above scheme. The project comprises the external refurbishment of 37 no. properties, including demolition of chimneys, removal of polybead insulation from the wall cavities, installation of a new rendered external insulation system to external walls, replacement of roof slates, replacement of entrance canopies, window & door replacement, as well as the internal refurbishment of bathroom and w.c. facilities. Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant competence and experience.
All contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on the List of Selected Tenderers must be accredited members of Construction Isle of Man.

Expressions of interest should be submitted to Modus Architects Ltd in accordance with the requirements of the information pack. Successful contractors will be shortlisted and invited to tender for the works.
The closing date for expressions of interest is 12 noon on Tuesday 11th February 2025.
