Applications are invited from experienced cleaning contractors interested in being included on a Select List of Tenderers for the Ramsey Town Commissioners Public Toilet Cleaning Contract.
The Contract will commence on 1 April 2022 for the purpose of checking, cleaning and restocking the toilets on a daily basis.
An information pack regarding this project and the terms and conditions which will apply may be obtained by writing to the Housing & Property Manager, Town Hall, Parliament Square, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1RT.
After examining the information pack the contractor will be required to submit a formal application.
The formal application must be submitted BY HAND, not posted or emailed, to the Housing and Property Manager, Ramsey Town Commissioners no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 21 January 2022.
There must be no name or mark upon the official envelope to indicate the identity of the sender.
