Sale of land to the rear of 10 Swales Terrace, Vernon Road, Ramsey
The Ramsey Town Commissioners have submitted a petition seeking the approval of the Department of Infrastructure, under Section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985, to sell for the sum of Two Thousand Pounds [£2,000] land at the rear of 10 Swales Terrace, Vernon Road, Ramsey which is land in the Commission’s ownership, being part of the adjoining grass verge corner of Vernon Road and Princes Road, Ramsey.

Any person who may wish to submit a view on the proposal should do so to the Petitions’ Officer, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, Isle of Man. IM1 2RF, no later than 12 noon on Friday 8th May 2026.
